How to access published council meeting recordings on YouTube

How to access recordings of meetings on YouTube:

All parish council meetings are recorded and published on YouTube following the meeting. You can access the parish councils YouTube channel by following the link Melksham Without Parish Councils YouTube Channel OR search @melkshamwithoutparishcounc5492 to access our channel.

The only edits made to meeting recordings are:

· To remove any content recorded prior to the start of the meeting or after the meeting has closed (ended)

· To remove any content from closed (confidential) sessions

· To remove of any content which, if published, would breach GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)

The recordings will be deleted once the minutes have been approved at the next Full Council meeting. You can find the minutes of the meeting once approved by following the below link Council meeting minutes
